Returns & Refunds (for Products)
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable items:
- Opened software or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Services already rendered
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Service Refunds
- Diagnostics & Repairs: Service charges once incurred are non-refundable. However, if the issue persists after repair, we offer a free follow-up service within 7 days.
- Advance Payments: If you cancel a service before it begins, a full refund will be processed. Cancellations after service initiation may be partially refundable based on the work completed.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
